This course is not designed to teach you how to program or use IT but how to help you make informed decisions on which pedagogy to use and when to use it. We dig into progression and assessment in detail. We also look at the best ways to support pupils and teachers who find computing difficult. It will help you build a curriculum as well as teach it and support it. We will look at knowledge development, retrieval practice, careful sequencing of learning and staff training.
